These terms cover iswt.ca and gifts made through it. ISWT is the registered business name of Joshua Bauer, a sole proprietor in Ottawa.

Using the site
The site, its tools and its write-ups are provided as is, for information. They aren't professional, legal or financial advice. Code and data I publish carry their own licences, stated where they're published.
Gifts
A gift through the Support page is voluntary. It doesn't buy a result, a run, influence over what's found or published, or access, and nothing is promised in return. ISWT isn't a registered charity, and gifts aren't tax-deductible. Card gifts are processed by Stripe, in Canadian dollars.
Mistakes and refunds
If you give by card by mistake (a wrong amount or a duplicate), email me within 30 days and I'll refund it. Bitcoin gifts can't be reversed.
Paid work
Pilots and other paid work happen only under a separate written agreement.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for losses from using the site or its tools.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes.
