Visiting the site

iswt.ca sets no cookies and runs no trackers or analytics. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, handles each request (including your IP address) to deliver and protect it. I don't receive or keep visitor logs.

If you email me

I keep your message and your address so I can reply and keep a record of the conversation. I don't add you to any list.

If you give by card

Payments go through Stripe. Stripe handles your card details; I never see your full card number. I receive your email, the amount and date, and limited card details such as the brand, the last four digits and the country. I use them for your receipt, for the monthly totals on the Support page (sums only, with no names unless you ask), and for my tax records. Stripe's own privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

If you give in Bitcoin

Bitcoin payments are recorded on a public blockchain. The address is public, and anyone can see payments to it.

Sharing and keeping

I don't sell your information. I share it only with the services that make this work (Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting) and where the law requires it. Payment records are kept for six years, as Canadian tax rules require. Emails are kept as long as the conversation needs them.
