**What this can't show:** the seal covers the whole results file, so a redacted line can't be checked against it. `user_sha256` is the fingerprint of the exact message each agent got. It will match the closed prompts if they are ever opened. The fix for future runs: seal each record with its own fingerprint, so one record can be opened and checked while the rest stay closed.
